In Ahuriri we love getting our groove on with Jump Jam and this organisation has opened up free access to some of its videos during the lockdown period.



Another resource we love to boogie to is Go Noodle.


P.E with Joe is a fantastic way to burn off some extra energy with bodyweight exercises.
